摘要
使用激光拉曼探针和电子显微术对试样的断裂面和薄膜样品观察及电子衍射技术研究了两种抗摩擦性能相差悬殊的碳/碳复合材料的微观结构,发现两种材料的微观结构在石墨晶体的结晶结构完整性和取向性以及纤维和基体间的界面行为上有显著差异。
Microstructures of two kinds of C/C compesites having considerably different abrasion resistance has been investigated using laser Raman probe and electron microscopy. It was found that the microstructures of the two kinds of materials have significant differences in the perfection and orientation of graphite crystals and the behaviour of interface between fiber and matrix.
