材料参数及静水压力对孔洞敏感材料超塑胀形影响的数值分析

摘要 本文将变形损伤效应引入到基于超塑成形的微观机理推导出的超塑性本构方程中,并将本构方程应用于刚塑性有限元模拟程序,分析了极料超塑胀形过程,研究了应变速率敏感性、孔洞长大以及叠加静水压力对孔洞敏感材料超塑胀形极限的影响,对模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较。 In this paper, a constitutive equation for superplasticity, based on the microstructural mechanism of su-perplastic forming including the effect of deformation damage has been introduced into the finite element program to simu-late superplastic bulging process. The influence of strain rae sensitivity, cavity growth and superimposed hythetatic pressme on the strain limit have been studied. Theoretically calculated results are in agreement with the experimental re-sults.
