植物纤维装饰板配方优化设计

摘要 对秸秆装饰板的秸秆掺量、MgO/MgCl2摩尔比、秸秆装饰板的性能及各组分对其性能的影响等方面进行了系统研究。结果表明:加入秸秆后,板材的抗折强度呈现峰值,抗弯强度明显增大,密度有所降低。通过正交试验设计,获得了综合性能最佳的实验配方,以供实际生产使用。对增强作用的本质而言,加入秸秆纤维后可以大大提高板材的抗冲击性和抗裂性等,可作为木板和砖的替代品广泛应用于建筑行业。 In this paper, the straw plant content, the mol ratio of MgO/MgCl2, the performance and the effect of the component on the performance of the straw plant decorative plate were investigated. The results indicate with the increasing of the straw plant content, the bending strength of the plates increases and reaches to the maximum value, the density of the plates decreases gradually. The optimum compounding is obtained by orthogonal testing design, in order to instruct manufacture. After introducing the straw plant, it can improve the shock resistance and the crack resistance of the plates. The plant fiber decorative plate can be widely used in architecture industry, which can replace the wood plank and the brick.
