摘要
在有端点附加位移的自然补偿管系设计中,端点附近的限位方式对端点推力值有直接影响,为有效降低管道对设备的推力,利用管系自身热变形量来吸收端点附加线位移,本文探讨了端点附近的有效限位方式,并用通过实例计算对不同限位方式所产生的端点推力进行比较,以选择最有效的限位方式。
in the design of self compensation thermal piping system near the equipment connection which has predict movement, the restraint method near the equipment will directly influence the interaction forces between pipe and equipment, in order to control the force and moment acting on the equipment connection effectively, this article recommend a effective method of thermal pipe restraint near the equipment connection, which method is arranging self compensation of pipe to equal the predict movement of equipment connection, by contracting the different methods of restraint through example calculations, to select the more reasonable mode of pipe restraint.
