摘要 本文首先分析了面向六西格玛设计的各种流程模式,提出了基于设计和顾客角度的设计流程和六西格玛设计的技术路线,然后从设计质量的重要性入手,深入剖析面向六西格玛设计所蕴含的基本原理,以便更好地理解和应用六西格玛设计。 Firstly, various process flows of design for six sigma is discussed and a design and customer based flow is proposed. Then the role of design quality is described. Lastly the implied principles in design for six sigma are expounded for better understanding and application of design for six sigma.
