摘要 介绍了一种新型的散货取料装置—螺旋气力取料机,它应用螺旋输送和气力输送原理,采用吸送式气力取料和垂直螺旋输送与分离相结合的形式,具有连续取料能力优良、清仓量极低、空气除尘量较小等优点,能够适应各类连续卸船机机型、船型及货物,将成为各种散货连续卸船机的首选取料装置。 This paper presents a new bulk reclaimer based on screw conveying and pneumatic conveying theories. This pneumatic screw reclaimer incorporates suction material - taking and vertical screw conveying and separating technologies and features better continuously material taking capacity, lower cabin material cleaning work and less air dust removing effort. The reclaimer is suitable for various continuous ship unloaders, ships and cargoes and is the optimum material taking equipment for different continuous bulk ship unloaders.
