摘要
以1500t/h抓斗卸船机为分析对象,采用ANSYS10.0软件作为有限元分析平台。详细描述了卸船机整机结构的模型简化处理,多种工况下对结构进行有限元分析,根据计算结果指导设计,为改进设计提供依据,保证了结构的强度和刚度要求。
The 1 500 t/h grab ship unloader is studied. Its finite element model is built and simplified. Based on it, finite element analysis is conducted under various conditions with ANSYSIO. O. The analysis results can be used in product design to guarantee structure＇s strength and stiffness.
