摘要
在小型气化焚烧试验台上对有机固体废弃物进行气化与焚烧,研究了气化温度、气化剂种类、气化剂流量以及空气过量系数对NOx和SO2排放的影响。试验结果表明,气化产气经过高温焚烧后,NOx和SO2的排放浓度均比较低,NOx最高排放浓度为76.66μL/L,SO2的排放浓度为97.87μL/L,远低于国家规定的垃圾焚烧排放浓度,焚烧减污效果明显。
The gasification and incineration of organic solid wastes have been carried out on a small gasification and incineration test stand, the influence of gasification temperature,kind of gasification agent, flow rate of gasification agent, and excess air coefficient up- on emission of NOx and SO2 being studied. Results of test show that the emission concentration of NOx and SO2 is comparatively low after high- temperature incineration of produced gas from gasification, the maximum emission concentration of NOx and SO2 being 76.66 μL/L and 97.87μL/L respectively,far below the emission concentration from waste incineration specified in National Standard, having remarkable effectiveness of pollutant - reducing through incineration.
