摘要
传统的PID调节器虽然可以兼顾系统的稳态与动态调节品质,但PID参数相互影响,其整定比较繁琐,有时甚至难以保证调节系统的正常工作。对此,在积分分离的PID算法基础上,采用一种根据被调量偏差绝对值变化方向进行积分增益修正的PID控制算法,并应用于火力发电机组控制系统仿真软件开发。结果表明,该算法彻底克服了积分作用引起的过调问题,大大提高了调节器参数的稳定范围,简化了调节器参数整定过程,可用于实际工业过程的自动控制。
Although traditional PID regulators give consideration to both static and dynamic regulating quality of the system, but the PID parameteras affect each other and the setting of PID parameter is comparatively complicated,and sometimes it even can not ensure normal working of the regulatory system. For this, a kind of PID controlling algorithm based on PID algorithm, in which the integral is separated, has been adopted. In said controlling algorithm, the integral gain is corrected according to the absolute value changing direction of deviation in regulated quantity. The said controlling algorithm has been applied in the developing process of emulation software for unit control system in thermal power plants. Results show that the said controlling algorithm overcomes thoroughly the problem of overshoot caused by the integral, increasing greatly the stable range of regulator's parameter, simplifying the setting process of regulator's parameter. The said algorithm can be used for automatic control in practical industrial process.
