超超临界1000MW机组锅炉制粉系统携带大颗粒煤粉问题分析及处理

摘要 华电邹县发电厂超超临界1000MW机组锅炉制粉系统在运行中携带大颗粒煤粉,造成飞灰及大渣含碳量偏高。分析认为,其主要原因是磨煤机出口分离器内锥体下料口结构不合理。通过对分离器加装导风槽,制粉系统携带大颗粒煤粉现象完全消除,大渣含碳量由原来的5%~6%降至3.6%,飞灰可燃物由原来的2.2%降至1.2%,效果显著。 Big coal grains being carried into coal - pulverizing system of 1 000 MW ultra - supercritical unit in operation in Zouxian Power Plant made the content of unburned combustibles in fly ash and big slags to be higher. It is believed from analysis that the main cause is the unreasonable structure of materical downfeed port concerning inner cone body in outlet separator of the coal pulverizer. Through additionally installing an airguiding flute into the separator,the phenomenon of carrying big coal grains into the coal pulverizing system has been fully eliminated,the content of unburned combustibles in big slags having been decreased from original value of 5%-6% to 3.6% ,the content of unburned combustibles in fly ash being decreased from original value of 2.2% to 1.2% ,having remarkable effectiveness.
