摘要
对乌海热电厂1号机组所用抗燃油进行了再生前后的油质分析、不同温度下过热老化及红外光谱分析等一系列试验。结果表明:乌海热电厂运行抗燃油颜色变深的原因是油系统存在局部过热点使运行油油温过高,导致油品老化,产生可引起油品颜色变深的物质。采用KZTZ-2型抗燃油再生装置对劣化抗燃油进行在线旁路再生后,油质得到显著改善,各项主要性能指标达到新油标准要求。
A series of test, such as analysis of oil quality before and after regeneration, overtemperature deterioration under different temperature,and infrared spectroscopic analysis etc. ,has been carried out for fire- resistant oil used for unit no. 1 in Wuhai Power Plant. Results show that the cause leading to color darkening of fire - resistant oil in operation is occurrence of local overheated sp;ts, making the oil temperature in operation to be overhigh, resulting in quality deterioration of oil,and producing substances that might darken the oil color. The result of study also shows that the oil quality has been substantially improved after on - line by - pass regeneration by adopting KZT2 - 2 type regeneration facility for deteriorated fire - resistant oil,making each performance index of oil to be reached the requirements of standard for new oil.
