摘要
华能玉环电厂超超临界机组P92钢主蒸汽管道安装过程中,通过采取超声波纵波检测方法,可以有效检出管道端部存在的母材内部缺陷,消除主蒸汽管系存在的隐患,为保证机组安全稳定运行奠定了基础。
In installing process of P92 steel main steam pipeline for the ultra- supereritical unit in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant, through adopting ultrasonic longitudinal wave detection method,the inner defects of raw material existing at ends of said pipeline can be effectively detected,laying a foundation for ensuring safe and stable operation of the unit.
