摘要
目的:研制实验动物负压采样运输车,作为到疑有动物重大疫情场所进行现场采样、运输的工具,在采样过程中实现对采样人员的防护,在运输过程中实现对环境的保护。方法:采用IVECO A36底盘,进行车厢结构设计和分区设计;车厢内配备防护器材、采样器材、样品保存和消毒设备设施;车厢进行特殊密封处理,配备负压排风净化装置,使得车厢内形成稳定负压;采用车用空调和暖风机进行温度控制。结果:对采样运输车进行了10项测试,车厢内形成-20~-50 Pa的压力,各项指标均达到设计要求。结论:动物负压采样运输车的研制填补了国内无专用采样、样本运输车辆的空白,能满足工作人员安全操作和样本快速、安全运输的需要,为我国动物疫病的防控提供了新的技术装备。
Objective To develop a negative pressure vehicle for sampling and transporting the animal pathogen. As a vehicle for sampling and transporting the suspicious animal pathogen on the spot where serious animal epidemic is suspected to be breaking out, many factors have been considered in the process of designing, such as the protection for personnel and environment. Methods The vehicle owned IVECO A36 chassis. On the basis of it, the structure of carriage and the different area were designed. The apparatuses for protecting, sampling, preservation and transporting were fixed out in the carriage. Special measurement were made to seal the carriage. The negative pressure was keeping by the exhaust-and-purify equipment. The temperature was controlled by using the air condition and heating. Results Ten items of measurement were taken for the vehicle. The pressure was stable in the range of -20 Pa to -50 Pa. Other parameters could reach the demand of designing. Conclusion The negative pressure vehicle is a new one for protecting the animal epidemic in our nation. It is shown that this vehicle can satisfies with the requirements of safety operation and rapid-and-safe transportation of sample.
