制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新协调机制研究

Study on coordination mechanism between product innovation and process innovation in manufacturing enterprises

本文针对现阶段我国制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新不够匹配协调的现状,围绕制造业企业技术创新过程中的决策、实施、利益分配和反馈等环节,构建了产品创新与工艺创新协调机制,其中包括决策机制、合作机制、利益分配机制和补偿机制,并对每一种机制进行了详细阐释。最后,本文以万向集团和海尔集团为案例,对制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新合作机制和补偿机制进行了实证分析。

Aiming at the current status of the inadequate matching and coordination between product innovation and process innovation in our country＇ s manufacturing enterprises, this paper constructs the coordination mechanism between product innovation and process innovation including decision - making mechanism, corporation mechanism, interest distribution mechanism, and compensation mechanism according to the technology innovation process which relates to decision -making, implement, interest distribution and feedback. Furthermore, this paper explains the meanings of every mechanism. Finally, corporation mechanism and compensation mechanism between product innovation and process innovation are demonstrated based on Wanxiang Group and Haler Group.
