摘要 采用混合聚醚多元醇(JH-510、JH-820、JH-210)与甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)合成预聚体,得到NCO质量分数为4%-12%的A组分,再与自制胺类交联剂等配合组成的B组分进行反应,制得双组分聚氨酯泡沫弹性体,该制品的密度范围在0.2—0.6g/cm^3之间,可根据不同的质量要求应用于多种缓冲材料中。 Two-Component polyurethane foam elastomer was made of A and B component. Prepolymer was synthesized by mixed polyether polyols JH-510, JH-820, JH-210 and toluene diisocyanate(TDI). This was ealled A component and the content of NCO was 4% - 12%. A component reacted with B component which was composed by self-created amine eross linking agent. The product density range was 0. 2 - 0. 6 g/cm^3. It could be used all kind of buffer materials by different quality requirements.
