老年退行性肩袖撕裂的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 肩袖撕裂是一种多发病，发病率与年龄有一定的相关性。不少学者通过核磁共振（MRI）、超声等影像学及尸体解剖发现，肩袖撕裂的发生率在老年人群中较高，且随年龄增长而增大。由于老年退行性肩袖撕裂临床症状不典型甚至无症状，加上部分临床医师对其认识不足，极易漏诊或误诊为肩关节的其他疾病，而影响其早期康复，甚至遗留严重后遗症。笔者查阅近年国内外相关文献对老年退形性肩袖撕裂进行总结，以便临床对该病有较全面的了解。
