摘要
目的：探讨紫外分光光度法测定竹沥中总酚含量的方法。方法：将样品加盐酸调pH值1～2，再用乙醚萃取，萃取液合并，挥去醚，用甲醇定容，在λmax=220nm处测定吸光度A值。结果：愈创木酚在3．0～20．0μg线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．2％，RSD=0．76％；竹沥中总酚含量0．045％。结论：紫外法测定竹沥中总酚含量具有简单、方便、灵敏度高、回收率高、线性关系好、重复性好等优点，可作为竹沥中总酚的含量测定方法。
Objective： To establish the determination method of the total hydroxybenzene in bamboo juice UV. Methods. To adjust the pH of sample to 1 - 2 with Hydrochloric acid , then to extracted with ether, merged by the extractions, volatilized ether, added methanol to specified volume. The determinated the sample solution absorbance at 220nm. Results.. The linearity of guaicol was good between 3.0 -20. 0μg, r =0. 999 9. The average recoveries was 97.2%, RSD was 0.76%. The content of total hydroxybenzene in bamboo juice was 0. 045%. Conclusion： The method was simple, sensitive, reliable and can be used for determination of total hydroxybenzene in bamboo juice.
