摘要
目的:对8批不同产地陈皮药材中橙皮苷的含量进行测定,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18色谱柱(250mm×4.60mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇.冰醋酸-水(35:4:61);检测波长为283nm;流速:1.0mL·min^-1;柱温:室温;进样量:5μL。结果:橙皮苷在0.102~0.812mg·mL^-1呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为98.20%(n=6),RSD=1.22%。不同产地陈皮药材中橙皮苷含量存在差异。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,适用于不同产地陈皮的评价及橙皮苷的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of the speridin in eight habitats pericarpium citri reticulate, and gained a method to estimate and control the quality of medical material and effectively. Methods: The HPLC was adopted to do this examination, the separation was performed on a Phenomenex C18 column (250mm × 4. 60mm, 5μm), methanol-acetic acid glacial-water(35:4:61 ) was used as the mobile phase with isocratic elution, the detective wavelength was at 283nm, the flow rate was 1.0mL-min^-1, the column temperature was room temperature and the injection volume was 5μL. Results: The hesperidin showed a good linearity at the range of 0. 102--0. 812mg·mL^-1, r = 0. 999 6, the average recovery was 98.20%, RSD = 1.22% (n =6) . The contents of hesperidin in pericarpium citri reticulate were varied from different habitats. Conclusion: The method was simple, quick, accurate, good reproducibility, can be used to estimate the pericarpium citri reticulate and determine hesperidin in pericarpium citri reticulate from different habitats.
