Analysis and Control for Mixed-Grains Microstructure Phenomena of Nb Microalloyed Steel in EAF-CSP Process

摘要 基于传统流程的铌微合金化技术,结合EAF-CSP流程的工艺特点,通过光学显微镜分析、化学相分析及热模拟实验研究等方法,分析了EAF-CSP流程铌微合金钢混晶组织的形成原因。根据以上研究,调整了EAF- CSP流程各生产工艺控制,成功解决铌微合金钢的混晶问题。 Based on Nb microalloying technology established in the traditional process, combining with process characteristics in EAF-CSP, this article has analyzed the main reason of mix-grain microstructure phenomena in Nb microalloyed steel produced in EAF-CSP through optical microscope analysis,chemical phase analysis and hot-deformation simulation test etc methods. According to these preceding studies, GISE has adjusted each producing process, and succeed in eliminating mix-grain phenomena in Nb microalloyed strip.
