Production Organization Optimization and Analysis of Slab Continuous Casting Machines in Baosteel Branch

在对比分析宝钢分公司6台板坯连铸机设备、规格、钢种和工艺流程的基础上,提出了影响连铸产能的主要因素,优化了6台板坯连铸的生产组织和精炼设备的钢种生产分工,有利于提高连铸生产能力、简化生产流程。

On the basis of comparing of six slab continuous casting machines＂ equipment, size ,steels and process in Baosteel Branch, the main factors that influence capacity of continuous casting machines have been taken up, the production organization in these machines and steel production schedule in refining equipments is optimized, which is beneficial to increasing the continuous casting capacity and simplifying the production process.
