静电纺纤维的形成 被引量:1

摘要 静电纺在近年来已常用于制备纤维直径小于1μm的连续纱线、纤维束以及非织造布,原料可以是生物聚合物、陶瓷等多种材料。该方法易于实现,而且制品具有广泛的用途。本文综述了静电纺过程涉及的5个方面:即流体带电、泰勒锥的形成、稳定射流的细化、射流不稳定性的形成和发展以及纤维收集。讨论了工作参数对射流的影响,总结了基于连续介质假设条件下,射流细化和射流不稳定性的模型。
