摘要
介绍了中国运载火箭技术研究院所属北京控制仪器研究所研制工作情况,其中包括:a)如何处理自力更生与技术引进的关系和继承与发展的关系;b)滚珠轴承支承式惯性仪表的改进;c)静压气浮技术、静压液浮技术、磁悬浮技术和动压气浮技术、挠性技术的研制;d)上述惯导技术的成功应用。通过上述研制工作,摸索出了研制航天惯导仪表的途径,并积累了一些基本的经验。还介绍了各种惯性仪表在运载火箭以及民用产品上的应用情况,对航天惯导技术的发展历史也做了简要介绍,以利于技术交流和合作。
This paper deals with the engineering activities conducted in Beijing Institute of Control Device which is a subsidiary of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology. The activities are as follows:A. how to handle the relations between self reliance and tech import, and between inheritance and innovation.B. improvement of ball bearing supported inertial instrument.C. tech developments of hydrostatic gas bearing, fluid support, magnetic suspension, hydrodynamic gas bearing, and flexure support techs.D. the successful applications of above mentioned support techs to inertial instrument. Based on the above activities, the fundamental experience and rapid approach to the development of aerospace inertial instruments can be derived.The paper also covers the applications of various inertial instruments to launch vehicles as well as to civil purpose products. The history of aerospace inertial tech is described in brief, which might be found beneficial to the tech exchange and coorperation.
