The introduction of the recycle economy gives a new way to the sustainable development of resources-based cities. On the basis of fully understanding of the meaning of recycle economy and the status of resources-based cities, the paper puts forward a systemized and doable indicator system to evaluate the status of resources-based cities in the development of recycle economy, and rationally chooses the methods of evaluation.
