摘要
文章主要从航空旅游销售渠道中的两个最重要成员:航空代理人和旅行社的角度,探析我国航空旅游销售渠道结构的特征,以及不同成员在该渠道结构功能中的差异。同时对影响航空旅游销售渠道结构变迁的要素和所存问题展开探讨。随着信息技术的快速发展,代表着航空旅游销售渠道重要环节的航空代理和旅行社业将朝着更加规模化、专业化、网络化、信息化和规范化的方向发展。那些在该渠道结构中技术含量低、旅游市场功能弱和服务效率差的中间环节势必面临淘汰的过程。
This paper attempted to explore and analyze the natures and developing trend of distribution structure of airline tourism of China from the aspects of air ticket and travel agents. It also discussed the different functions of the above mentioned channels as well as the affecting factors and remaining problems of such distribution structure. As the development of IT industry, the air ticket sales and travel agents will be in bigger scale, higher professional level, more effective network and higher information and standard level, and those low technology, weak functions and less-developed service travel agents will lose in the competition.
