基于双库协同机制的隐性知识转化模型研究

Research on Tacit Knowledge Transformation Model Based on Double Bases Cooperating Mechanism

针对现有知识管理系统对隐性知识缺乏有效组织管理的现实,提出基于数据库与知识库协同的隐性知识转化模型,通过知识库引导数据库、数据库改善知识库的新思想,形成具有双库协同机制的隐性知识管理系统,使知识库在结构上具备实时维护与自我进化的能力。以知识农业为例,在农业数据库的基础上验证了模型的有效性。

Being lack of tacit knowledge management in existing knowledge management system, this paper presents a transformation model of tacit knowledge based on double bases cooperating, in which database can be restricted and driven by knowledge base whose structure can be in turn improved by database. Based on this model, the knowledge base is equipped with the capacity of real time maintenance and to evolve by itself. At last the model is applied to knowledge agriculture for scientific decision.
