摘要
在文献研究的基础上设计了核心竞争力评价指标体系,对31个省级行政区进行评价,并运用TOPSIS法进行实证分析,得到了四川省高新技术产业核心竞争力的排名情况,并得出结论和提出建议。
Basic on the literature research, the paper designs the evaluation system of core competence, which evaluates the 31 provincial -level administrative regions and takes TOPSIS method as empirical analysis. As a resuit, It has got the core competence rank of high - tech industry in Sichuan Province, and has drawn the conclusions and made recommendations.
