摘要
选取我国华南地区的45家企业作为调查对象,采用实证研究的方法探讨了组织政治认知、组织内信任与员工知识分享行为之间的关系。研究结果表明,组织政治认知通过组织内信任对员工知识分享行为发生影响,即组织内信任在组织政治认知与员工知识分享行为之间起到中介作用。
The paper analyzes the relationship among perceptions of organizational politics, organizational trust, and employee's knowledge -sharing behavior. Based on the this study of 45 companies in South China. It proves that perceptions of organizational politics has a negative direct impact on employee's knowledge -sharing behavior, and perceptions of organizational politics has a negative indirect impact on employee's knowledge - sharing behavior by organizational trust.
