骨密度与颈椎间盘退变关系的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨骨密度与颈椎间盘退变的相互关系。方法利用14月龄雌性大鼠,采用去势造成骨质疏松(A组)、破坏鼠颈后部软组织结构造成颈椎间盘退变(B组)、及两者合并(C组)等3种动物模型,通过观察各组鼠骨密度(BMD)、颈椎间盘退变的形态学分级变化,与正常组(D组)对比,进行相关性分析。结果B组中,颈椎间盘退变程度与颈椎BMD呈正相关(P<0.01)。在C组中,颈椎间盘退变程度与颈椎BMD呈正相关(P<0.05),与腰椎BMD呈负相关(P<0.01),在其余各组中,也有这种趋势,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。各组中,全身BMD与颈椎间盘退变程度之间的关系,没有显著意义(P>0.05)。结论颈椎间盘退变与颈椎骨密度呈正相关,与腰椎骨密度呈负相关,与全身骨密度没有关系。 Objective To investigate the correlation between cervical intervertebral disc degeneration and bone mineral density(BMD). Methods 48 female SD rats (14 months old) were randomly separated into four groups:model group of the ovariectomized rats( group A ), model group of cervical disc degeneration (group B ), model group of cervical disc degeneration of the ovariectomized rats(group C), and normal control group (group D). The model of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration of the rats was established by means of resection of the posterior paravertebral muscles from cervical vertebrae. All the rats were killed 4 months after operation in order to observe the changes of BMD and assess the morphologic state of the discs. The correlation between BMD data and grades of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration was analyzed in all groups. Results There was a significant positive correlation between the grades of cervical disc degeneration and the cervical BMD in group B and group C(P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05). There was a negative correlation between the grades of cervical disc degeneration and the lumbar BMD in group C ( P 〈 0.01 ). There was the same tendency in the other groups (but with no statistical significance). No correlation between the cervical disc degeneration and the total-body BMD was found in all groups. Conclusions The cervical intervertebral disc degeneration has an positive correlation to cervical BMD,and an inverse correlation to lumbar BMD.
