摘要
继电器的寿命直接影响到使用电器设备的可靠性。在其性能指标中,继电器触点在分断时产生的频率高、幅值大的过电压信号是重要的指标之一。为了采集到该信号,该文根据数据采集系统性能要求,采用以DSP为核心,以及DSP的外扩器件制作成高速数据采集卡,插入PC机的ISA总线插槽中;PC机与DSP构成主从结构,通过DMA(直接存储器存取)方式把采集的数据传送到PC机进行处理。利用本系统对继电器分断时产生的过电压信号进行采集,可以得到幅值大约750V,频率10kHz的信号。
Relay's life time affects the reliability of electric equipment directly. The over voltage signal with high frequency and large amplitude when the relay tunas off is one of the important indexes for evaluating the relay. For the data acquisition of the over voltage and current signal,the thesis brings forward the high speed data sampling system design. The system can be made to high speed data sampling card and the card is inserted to ISA bus in PC. It is master-slave structure between PC and DSP. DSP transfers data to PC by the way:DMA. We could get the signal (about 750V/10kHz)by using the system.
