摘要
介绍了DC12J150T型多挡变速器基本结构,并针对用户所反馈的其电控操纵控制系统故障率高问题进行了分析,发现电控操纵控制系统中国产电器元件质量不稳定,出现失效故障频次高。将该变速器电控气动操纵系统改为气控气动操纵系统,并将该气控气动操纵系统变速器装车进行了道路试验。结果表明,采用气控气动操纵系统后变速器换挡性能良好、可靠性高。
The basic structure of multi-gears transmission DC12J150T were introduced in the paper, and the faults of electronically controlled system were analyzed,it is found that the unstable quality of domestic electronic parts of control system is attributable to high faults.The electropneumatic control system was modified to air control system,and the road tests were done.The results show that the transmissions with air control system have good shifting performance and reliability.
