摘要 中国石油天然气股份有限公司乌鲁木齐石化分公司常减压装置加热炉在长期运行后其对流段炉管外表面积聚了大量的污垢,大大降低了对流段炉管的传热性能。通过采用预清洗、清洗和冲洗相结合的先进的炉管外表面化学清洗技术有效地清除了对流段炉管外表面污垢。清洗过程中不腐蚀炉管、不损害炉衬,清洗液对环境无污染,清洗后炉管能看见金属本色、外表基本无污垢;清洗后加热炉热效率提高2%左右。 A large amount of soot accumulated on the external surface of convection tube surface in the CDU furnace in CNPC Urumqi Petrochemical Company after long - term operation, which greatly reduced the heat transfer efficiency of the convection tubes. The soot was effectively removed after pre - cleaning, cleaning, flushing and chemical cleaning. The cleanings had no corrosion to furnace tubes, no damage to the lining materials and no pollution to the environment. After cleaning, the metal was revealed, there was no soot on the tube surface and heat efficiency of the furnace was increased by about 2%.
