乳腺癌患者EB病毒感染与C-er B-2基因表达的研究

摘要 目的研究乳腺癌患者癌组织中EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)感染与C-er B-2基因表达的关系。方法原位杂交法检测乳腺癌患者石蜡标本中EBV编码的小RNA(EBER1);免疫组化法检测EBV阳性乳腺癌(EBVaBC)及EBV阴性乳腺癌(EBVnBC)标本C-er B-2蛋白的表达状况。结果130例乳腺癌患者癌组织标本中检测到15例EBER1阳性;EBV-aBC组C-er B-2蛋白表达显著高于EBVnBC组(P<0.05)。结论EBV感染可能上调了癌基因C-er B-2表达。 Objective To investigate the correlation of Epstein - Barv virus (EBV) infection and the expression of the C - er B - 2 gene in patients with breast carcinoma. Methods The EBV encoded small RNA(EBER1 ) was detected from the paraffin section specimens from patients with breast carcinoma by means of in situ hybridization, and the expressions of the C - er B - 2 protein was analyzed in EBV positive and negative patients by immunohistochemical assays.Results From the 130 cases selected, 15 cases were found to be EBER1 positive in the tissue specimens of breast cancer patients, and the expression of C - er B - 2 protein was significantly higher in the EBV positive cases than those in the EBV negative cases. Conclusions EBV infection can upregulate the expression of the oncogene C - er B - 2 in patients with breast carcinoma.
