摘要
目的观察针刺足三里穴对实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量及胃肠激素水平的影响。方法健康SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组和针刺组。应用激光多普勒微循环血流计检测胃黏膜血流量。用放射免疫法(RIA)测定胃黏膜中胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)及生长抑素(SS)含量。结果与空白对照组比较,实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量减少(P<0.01),GAS含量升高(P<0.05),MTL含量减低(P<0.01),SS含量升高(P<0.05);针刺足三里穴后实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量明显升高(P<0.01),GAS含量下降(P<0.05),MTL水平升高(P<0.01),SS含量减低(P<0.05)。结论针刺足三里穴后,实验性脾虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量增加并且伴随着胃肠激素含量的变化。
Objective To study the changes in gastric mucosal blood flow and level of gastrointestinal hormone in rat experimental spleen deficiency model. Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group, model group and acupuncture group, laser Doppler blood flowmeter was used to examine the gastric mucosal blood flow and the level of gastrin, motilin, and somatostatin were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Gastric mucosal blood flow in model group was significantly higher than that in control group( P 〈 0.01). In the mean time, level of gastrin significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05), motilin significantly decreased( P 〈 0.01) and somatostatin significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05). Gastric mucosal blood flow in acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in model group ( P 〈 0.01 ), and level of gastrin significantly decreased ( P 〈0.05),motilin significantly increased( P 〈 0.01),and somatostatin significantly decreased ( P〈 0.05). Condusions Acupuncture of "Zusanli" can accelerate the gastric mucosal blood flow and change the concentrations of gastrointestinal hormones.
