新型钽酸锂LiTa_3O_8粉体制备工艺研究

摘要 以乙醇钽和乙醇锂为原料用溶胶-凝胶法在1250℃烧结制备了LiTa3O8粉体;以碳酸锂和氧化钽为原料用固相反应法在1330℃制备了对比的LiTa3O8粉体。用XRD测试表征了新制备的LiTa3O8粉体的结构和特性。实验结果表明,两种方法制备的LiTa3O8粉体都具有正交相结构,但是溶胶-凝胶法比固相反应法制备的LiTa3O8陶瓷粉体具有更低的烧结温度和更高的粉体纯度。 Novel LiTa3O ceramic powders were sintered at 1250℃ by sol-get process using the material of lithium ethoxide and tantalum ethoxide and at 1330℃ by solid reaction process with materials of lithium carbonate and tantalum pentoxide respectively. The structure and characteristic of new prepared LiTa3O8 powders were measured by XRD. The experimental results show, LiTa3O8 powders prepared by the different process had the same structure of orthogonal phase, but the sol-gel derived LiTa3O8 ceramic powders have lower sintering temperature and more pure than those prepared by solid reaction process.
