"不法侵害行为的结束"不等同于"不法侵害的结束",是适时防卫还是事后防卫,应以不法侵害是否结束为判断标准,而不应以不法侵害行为是否结束为判断标准。

＂The end of unlawful action of violation＂ is not equivalent to ＂the end of unlawful violation＂. Pat defence or ex post facto defence is judged by the criterion whether the unlawful violation ends instead of the one whether the unlawful action of violation ends.
