Study on the Fraud Case of Freight Contract and Countermeasures

随着我国市场经济的不断发展,利用签订货运合同诈骗钱财的犯罪案件呈现上升趋势。货运合同诈骗侵犯他人财产权,扰乱市场秩序,在全国各地屡有发生。其诈骗手段形式不断翻新,侦破难度很大。为此,必须从其表现形式和特征对货运合同诈骗案件作出分析,并提出行之有效的侦防对策。

With the development of market economy in China, people are facing the worse crime through freight contract, especially more and more crimes and behaviors using freight contract at the present time. The fraud case of freight contract is typical of various forms and difficult investigation.
