建立行之有效的考核机制是社会治安防控工作中责任保障体系建设的重要环节。科学合理的考核办法不仅能检验社会治安防控工作的效果,还能通过奖惩制度激励先进,鞭策后进。社会治安防控工作的考核机制应当符合客观全面、简便易行、打防结合、整体协调的原则;考核的内容和标准既要全面、统一,又要考虑当地的实际情况;考核结果要及时公布,并据此奖优惩劣、追究责任。这样才能保障社会治安防控工作中责任的落实。

Establishment of effective assessment mechanism is an important step of the construction of responsibility guarantee system in the social security prevention and control work. Scientific and reasonable assessment method can not only check up the effect of the social security prevention and control work, but also inspirit the advance and urge on the laggard through the reward and punishment system. The assessment mechanism of social security prevention and control system should accord with the principles of impersonality, completeness, being easy to operate, combination of strike and prevention, and the integral harmony. The content and criterion of the assessment should be complete and unified, and suitable to the local situation as well. The result of assessment should be published in time as the foundation to reward the superior and punish the inferior, and investigate the responsibility as well.
