摘要 瓦斯抑爆材料作为瓦斯治理的辅助技术,在瓦斯爆炸发生后,可以降低瓦斯爆炸的危害。本文总结了瓦斯抑爆材料的研究进展,并提出以吸附降低瓦斯浓度的方式设计瓦斯抑爆材料的设想,并以甲烷作为瓦斯的模型气体,用顶空气相色谱法测定吸收液中甲烷的浓度,研究了3种吸收剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、土温80(Tween 80)对甲烷的吸收效果。结果表明三种吸收剂均对甲烷有一定吸收作用,且Tween 80的吸收效果最好。 Mine gas explosion suppression material as an auxiliary technology of mine gas treatment can reduce the disaster after methane explosion. This paper generalized the progress of explosion suppression material, and presented the conception that decreasing methane concentration by absorption to suppress explosion. Methane was used as the model of mine gas, and the effect of three kinds of absorbents SDS, SDBS, and Tween 80 on methane absorption was studied using Head Space Gas Chromatography to determine the con- eentration of methane. The results indicate that the all the absorbents have effect on absorbing methane and Tween 80 is better than the others.
