摘要
设计了新型高铬铸铁的化学成分,研究了不同合碳量与热处理对其组织与性能的影响。试验结果表明,研制的新型高铬铸铁在PH=3~7的弱酸性和中性介质中使用,其性能达到或超过硬镍1号水平,而且成本较低,具有广阔的应用前景。
This article describes the design of chemical composition of anew high chromium cast iron,study of effects of different carbon contentsand heat treatment on its structure and properties. The test results showthat the properties of the developed new high chromium cast iron,whenused in the weak acid and/or neutral medium at pH= 3~7,reach or exceedthose of Hard Nickel No. 1,with lower costs,and can find extensive applications in the future
