苜蓿种质资源标准化数据库建立的探讨

Discuss on the Foundation of Standardization Germplasm Database of Alfalfa

论述苜蓿种质资源在我国的重要性的同时，着重论述苜蓿种质资源在评价中需要进行重点评价的一些重要性状，从苜蓿种质资源的收集、评价、保存到苜蓿种质资源数据库的建立。该数据库的建立，有利于苜蓿种质性状数量化、数量标准化；同时使苜蓿作为一种重要的牧草资源进行合理的保存，为苜蓿育种从定性育种到定量育种的转变提供科学的依据。

In this paper, the importance of alfalfa germplasr~ was discussed, at the same time; some important aspects need to be valued in the system. The program was trying to be founded from collection, evaluation, conservation to foundation of database. The main roles of program are to make quantities of characteristics and make the quantities ,to be standard, as well, the conservation of alfalfa germplasm, further to found the database. Finally, it could provide scientific basis for alfalfa breeding from characterization to quantity.
