摘要 指出粒子的质量-速度关系应遵循一个更完备的方程,而洛伦兹-爱因斯坦公式则是该方程在低能下最可几的极大值形式.新方程体现了狭义相对论与测不准原理的融合,它揭示质量概念具有更丰富的内涵,有助于深入认识某些物理现象的本质并解答若干疑难问题(例如,超高能宇宙线的GZK截断悖论、哈勃常数的理论计算和狄拉克大数问题等).新方程具有现实的可验证性,它预言的一个效应可以在电子储存环上进行实验检验. It is indicated that the Lorentz - Einstein mass - speed relation is the most probable maximum - form of a more general equation, which is one of results obtained when the special relativity is further perfected in order to satisfy the requirement of uncertainty principle. The new equation will help us to further understand the essence of some phenomenon and solve several pending - problems, for example, the paradox of GZK - threshold of UHECR, the theoretical calculation of Hubble constant and so on. The new equation predicts that there is a "high - speed but low - mass" effect in the movement of particle, which can be tested by an experiment in the electron storage ring.
