摘要 目的:在大鼠门脉高压模型上,观察肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)在门脉高压大鼠肠组织中的表达,探讨其在门脉高压性肠病中的意义。方法:雄性SD大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用门静脉两步结扎法加左肾上腺静脉结扎,并于门静脉完全结扎后两周测量门静脉压力;采用免疫组织化学的方法观察TNF-α和CGRP在肠组织中的表达。结果:实验组大鼠门静脉压力明显高于对照组,P<0.05;实验组大鼠肠组织中的TNF-α、CGRP呈强阳性表达,而对照组呈阴性和弱阳性表达。结论:TNF-α、CGRP在门静脉高压症的肠黏膜病变中可能具有一定的作用。 Objective:To observe the expressions of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) of the intestinal tissues of portal hypertension in rats and investigate the significance in portal hypertensive enteropathy on the model of portal hypertension in rats . Methods: Male SD rats were randomly divided into a experimental group and a control group. The SD rats in the experimental group were performed by the two-stage ligation of portal vein plus ligation of the left adrenal vein and the portal vein pressure was measured in two weeks after complete portal ligation. The expressions of TNF-α and CGRP in intestinal tissues were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results: The portal vein pressure of rats in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). TNF-α and CGRP of the intestinal tissues of rats in the experimental group were strongly positive expression, but those in the control group were negative or weakly positive expression. Conclusion: TNF-α and CGRP play a certain role in the intestinal mucosa lesions of portal hypertension.
