高频超声诊断乳腺疾病的临床价值

The Clinical Value of High Frequency Ultrasound for the Diagnosis of Mammary Diseases

目的:探讨乳腺疾病的高频声像图特征。方法:对108例乳腺疾病患者均行高频超声诊断仪检查,并对声像图进行分析。结果:在108例患者中乳腺增生病45例,乳腺纤维瘤29例,脂肪瘤5例,可疑瘤8例,乳腺癌3例,乳腺囊肿18例。结论:高频超声诊断对乳腺疾病的临床诊断可提供重要依据,对女性乳腺的防癌普查具有临床意义。

Objective： To investigate the characteristics of high frequency sonography on mammary diseases. Methods： All of the 108 patients with mammary diseases were examined by the diagnostic equipment of high frequency sonography to analyze the audio-visual maps. Results： There were 45 cases with hyperplasia of mammary glands, 29 cases with breast fibroadenoma, 5 cases with lipoma , 8 cases with suspected tumor , 3 cases with mammary cancer, 18 cases with milk cyst. Conclusion： High frequency ultrasound diagnosis may provide an important basis for the clinical diagnosis of mammary diseases and it is of clinical significance to carry out the screening of cancer prevention for female mammary diseases .
