摘要 目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)和血管性痴呆(VD)在失匹性负波(MMN)的特征。方法应用美国NicoletBRAVO脑电生理仪,对36例VD和30例AD及41名正常老人(NC组)的MMN作了检测。结果与正常老年组比较,AD组MMN潜伏期延迟,波幅降低。VD组无上述变化。AD组MMN潜伏期延迟及波幅低于VD组(P﹤0.05)。结论MMN技术可作为P300检测的一种补充手段,而用于老年精神科临床。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of MMN of patients with vascular dementia and Alzheimer' s disease. Methods The MMN was elicited from 36VD patients, 30 patients with Alzheimer disease and 41 normally age-matched controls by using a Nicolet Bravo Instrument. Results Compared with NC group, AD group showed prolonged latency (P〈0.05) and decreased amplitude (P〈0.01), while VD did not. Compared with VD group, AD group showed further prolonged MMN latency and decreased MMN amplitude. Conclusion It suggests that MMN should be applied in the clinical examination of the patients with AD and VD, as a complementary way to P300.
