摘要
心肌细胞因为缺血缺氧、炎症、免疫反应等原因严重损伤或坏死时,这种缺损就很难修复并最终被无功能的纤维疤痕组织替代,造成心脏的结构重塑和功能下降。然而,心肌细胞在生理和病理状况下存在细胞增殖现象。骨髓干细胞被认为是再生心肌细胞的来源之一。骨髓细胞不论是全髓细胞、造血干细胞,还是间质干细胞,体内移植都可向心肌细胞分化,在一定程度上改善心功能。
