摘要
埋藏式心律转复除颤器（Implantable Cardioverier Defibrillator，ICD）是一种能自动检测室性心动过速和心室颤动并进行超速抑制和电击复律的设备，是迄今为止预防心脏性猝死最为有效的手段。自Mirowski于1980年用ICD治疗心脏骤停幸存者获得成功后，近20多年来ICD已从短寿命非程控且需要开胸植入电极的装置，演变成不需要开胸并可多参数程控的抗心律失常器械，且能够治疗室性心动过速、心室颤动和心动过缓等疾病。
