我国发展服务外包产业的战略选择和政策取向 被引量：2

摘要 随着全球产业结构呈现由"工业型经济"向"服务型经济"转型的总趋势,已逐步成为世界范围内经济增长的重要引擎。服务贸易的发展水平已成为衡量一个国家现代化水平的重要标志之一。服务外包是跨国公司"归核化"(Refocusing)战略调整的副产品,同时为那些寻求服务业发展的其他国家提供了不可多得的机遇。深刻认识服务外包的本质,对服务外包的发展趋势予以全速判断,积极构筑我国承接外包服务的战略措施,是我国应对新一轮全球产业调整的迫切任务。
