0<Bi<∞时非稳态导热集总参数法探讨 被引量:5

摘要 提出在0<Bi<∞条件下,非稳态导热平均温度集总参数分析方法。以无限大平板为例,建立了相应的瞬态温度分布表达式Θ=e-Bi(mFo+n),给出表面温度响应和中界面温度响应关系式,讨论平均温度所处的坐标点取值规律,在工程上以XΘ=0.57处的温度作为整个平板的平均温度已足够准确。应用提出的平均温度瞬态响应关系式求解实际非稳态导热问题,比通用的Heisler图解法更为简洁方便。 Under the convection boundary 0〈Bi〈∞, a mean temperature lumped parameter analysis method is studied. Taking an infinite plate as an example, the mean temperature response formula has been established. The surface temperature and middle temperature formations have been given too. The paper presents the coordinate regular of the transient mean temperature value. Considering the temperature of the coordinate Xθ^-= 0.57 as the mean temperature is accurate enough at engineering application. The method for solving the unsteady-state conduction in the paper is more convenient and practical than the M.P. Heisler.
