摘要
选取影响企业人力资源管理的主要因素作为模糊分析因素集,建立模糊综合评价模型,为企业人力资源管理提供可量化并带有预测性的评价方法。
The article chooses the mainly factors which impacts the human resource management of enterprise as fuzzy analysis factors. Then,it sets up a fuzzy comprehensive assessment model in order to offer the evaluation method which can be quantified and projected for the enterprise human resource management
