苏里格气田柱塞气举工艺的优化研究 被引量:10

摘要 根据苏里格气田低压、低产、气井产水的特点,介绍了柱塞气举的机理及苏里格气田柱塞的选型。影响柱塞气举的因素可分为动力因素、阻力因素和井深因素,也可分为可控因素和非可控因素,其中可控因素可以优化。最后以苏里格实际气井为例介绍了柱塞气举工艺的优化计算。 In view of Sulige gas field's characteristi of low pressure, low output, producing water, this paper introduces mechanism of plunger air lift, plunger selection for Su Lige gas field.It investigates affection factors of air lift and divides these factors into three types: driving force factor, resistance force factor and well depth factor. It indicates that these factors can be divided into controllable factor and uncontrollable factor, which can be optimized.Finally, the optimization process example is introduced by a gas well of Su Lige.
